We sell and provide streaming management software solutions
We do NOT sell, distribute, or provide access to TV channels
We do NOT provide copyrighted content, media, or broadcasts
We do NOT host or stream any television content
Users are 100% responsible for content they choose to stream

By using this software, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring you have legal rights and proper licensing for any content you stream.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IPTV Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and IPTV Platform ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

IPTV Platform is a software solution that provides:

Stream management and configuration tools
HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) transcoding capabilities
RTMP push streaming functionality
Administrative dashboard for stream monitoring
Technical infrastructure for video streaming workflows

What This Service Does NOT Provide:

We do NOT provide, sell, host, distribute, or grant access to: TV channels, copyrighted content, media streams, broadcasting rights, IPTV subscriptions, or any video content whatsoever.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

Content Rights: Ensuring you have legal rights to stream all content
Licensing: Obtaining proper licenses and permissions for broadcasting
Copyright: Respecting intellectual property and copyright laws
Local Laws: Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Content Legality: Ensuring content does not violate any laws or regulations

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use this software for:

Streaming copyrighted content without proper authorization
Piracy or illegal distribution of media
Violating intellectual property rights
Illegal broadcasting or unauthorized retransmission
Any activity that violates local, national, or international law
Distributing malicious content, malware, or harmful material
Unauthorized access to third-party systems or networks

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Using strong passwords and following security best practices

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 No Liability for User Content

We are NOT responsible or liable for:

Content that users choose to stream using our software
Copyright infringement by users
Legal consequences arising from user's streaming activities
Violations of broadcasting laws or regulations by users
Third-party claims related to user-generated content

4.2 Service Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
Data loss or corruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Third-party actions or content

Legal Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV Platform, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the software
Content you stream using our platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Copyright infringement claims

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Ownership

The IPTV Platform software, including all code, design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for lawful streaming purposes only. This license does not include:

Reselling or redistributing the software
Reverse engineering or decompiling
Removing copyright notices or branding
Creating derivative works

5.3 User Content Rights

You retain all rights to content you stream. However, you grant us a limited license to transmit and process your streams for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Use the platform for illegal activities
Stream copyrighted content without authorization
Engage in activity that harms our platform or reputation
Fail to comply with applicable laws

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Disclaimers

8.1 "As Is" Service

We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for:

Providing access to TV channels or media content
Licensing or authorization of broadcasted content
Quality, legality, or availability of user-streamed content
Copyright status of content processed through our software

This is a technology platform providing software tools. We are NOT a content provider, broadcaster, or IPTV service. We do not sell channels or subscriptions. Any claims that we provide such services are false and unauthorized.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
